Shipping Policy

At Chakolab.in, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably within India. By placing an order on Chakolab.net, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:


1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp within 1 hour. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, contact info@chakolab.net.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Peak periods may incur slight delays.

  • Changes or Cancellations: Once placed, orders enter processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled. Please verify all details before checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

All GCC Within 2to 4 Days
International  Within 2 to 5 Days
  • Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders.

  • COD: Available for orders 1.5 kd fee applied at delivery; requires confirmation within 24 hrs (see Section 7).

  • PPCOD: Partial Pay COD lets you pay a small advance online and the balance on delivery. A non-refundable 1.5kd fee applies at checkout; if the order is ultimately rejected or canceled, this fee won’t be refunded.

  • Express & Same-Day: As above, with respective fees.

All fees are inclusive of taxes and calculated at checkout. International shipping is not available.


3. Delivery Information and Conditions

  • Accurate Address: Provide complete, correct details. Chakolab isn’t liable for delays/losses due to errors.

  • Delivery Attempts: Failed deliveries returned to us may incur extra re-delivery charges.

  • Order Tracking: You’ll get tracking info via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If missing, reach out to support.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Major Cities: 1–3 days (standard); often next-day (express).

  • Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

  • Unforeseen Delays: We’ll notify you of significant holdups due to weather, holidays, etc.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays: If your order exceeds the estimate by >3 days, contact us.

  • Lost Packages: If undelivered after 10 business days, you’re eligible for replacement or full refund.

  • Customer Responsibility: Chakolab isn’t liable for theft after marked delivery; report issues for courier assistance.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • On-Delivery Damage: Refuse delivery and immediately notify support.

  • Post-Delivery Damage: Report within 48 hours with a clear unboxing video and photos (showing external packaging, opening, and product). Claims without video or after 48 hrs won’t be accepted.
